What we collect
- Name and email address from Google sign-in.
- Username, for existing accounts.
- Wizard inputs, specs and generated bundles.
- Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps).
What we do not need
Real company data. Placeholder values produce the same result. A dedicated Gmail account is fine.
Where it is stored
Google Cloud, region us-central1 (Iowa, USA).
Retention
Guest accounts and their work are removed periodically without notice. Signed-in users can delete any task or the whole account at any time.
Third parties
Wizard inputs are not sent to external AI services. Merlin generates its output deterministically, without calling an AI model at runtime.
Generated artifacts
You may use, modify and distribute the generated artifacts freely, including commercially. No attribution is required.

The Merlin application itself is proprietary. All rights reserved.
Warranty
Outputs are provided as is, without warranty. They are templates, not a certification. You are responsible for their review, deployment and compliance.
